Quick fixes for the most common problems
Most messages we receive are about one of these. Check them first, and if none of them solves it, send us the details below.
- I see empty boxes or question marks instead of letters
- The device or app you are pasting into does not have a font that includes that symbol. Try a different style from the same category, update your operating system, or preview the text in another app. Rare symbols are the usual cause.
- The style will not paste into a username or sign-up field
- Many platforms only accept plain letters and numbers in usernames and handles. Styled text normally works in display names, bios, captions and chat messages instead.
- Copying does not work on my phone
- Some in-app browsers block clipboard access. Open the page in Safari, Chrome or another full browser, and select the text manually if the copy button still does nothing.
- Letters come out different from what I typed
- Please report this. Include the style name, the exact text you typed, and what you got back, so the problem can be reproduced and fixed.
