These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and CuteFontCopy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
• You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

CuteFontCopy is a free, browser-based tool that converts standard Latin text into stylized Unicode characters and symbols. The generated characters are drawn entirely from the publicly available Unicode standard and are rendered client-side in your browser.

The Service is provided free of charge for both personal and commercial use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

3. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for lawful purposes. You may:

• Use the tool to generate stylized Unicode text for personal or commercial purposes.
• Copy, paste, and publish the generated output in your own content, social media posts, designs, or products.
• Share links to CuteFontCopy freely.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Generate illegal or harmful content: Produce, distribute, or promote text that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe intellectual property: Use the Service to produce content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right of any third party.
• Spam or deceive: Use generated text for spam, phishing, impersonation, or any form of deceptive communication.
• Abuse or overload the Service: Use bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated tools to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Circumvent security: Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the website, or breach any security or authentication measures.
• Reverse engineer: Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service without our express written permission.
• Interfere with advertising: Use automated means to click on or interact with ads, or otherwise interfere with the advertising systems that fund the free operation of this Service.
• Violate any applicable law: Use the Service in any manner that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and, where appropriate, cooperate with law enforcement authorities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your access to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

a) Unicode Characters

The Unicode characters and symbols generated by this tool are part of the open Unicode Standard maintained by the Unicode Consortium. CuteFontCopy does not claim any ownership over these characters. They are freely available for use by anyone.

b) Site Content & Code

All other content on CuteFontCopy — including but not limited to the website design, layout, logos, branding, written copy, and underlying source code — is the exclusive property of CuteFontCopy and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written consent.

c) User-Generated Content

Any text you input into the tool is not stored by us and remains entirely your own. You retain full ownership of any content you generate using the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the right to use any text you input and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights.

6. Advertising

CuteFontCopy is funded in part by displaying third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements may be displayed on any page of the website. The placement and content of these ads are determined by Google's automated systems and are not endorsed by CuteFontCopy.
• Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized advertisements based on your browsing history. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party advertiser. Clicking on an advertisement will take you to a third-party website governed by that party's own terms and policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content generated by or available through the Service.
• Any warranty that defects will be corrected.

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee that Unicode characters generated by this tool will display correctly on all platforms, devices, applications, or social networks, as rendering is dependent on the software and font support of the receiving system.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CUTEFONTCOPY, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Costs of substitute services.
• Any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed $10 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CuteFontCopy and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified by prominently posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CuteFontCopy with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
